Irish Coffee Fudge

2 c chopped dark chocolate
1/2 c sweetened condensed milk or dulce de leche

3 tbsp Irish whiskey
1 tbsp coffee liqueur
1 tsp vanilla

Line loaf pan with parchment.

In double boiler, heat chocolate and sw. cond. milk until choc. is melted. Whisk smooth. Whisk in liqueurs/etc.

Pour into loaf pan. Chill in fridge overnight. Extract from pan; slice with sharp knife (run knife under hot water and wipe dry between slices).
